Shipping Options

Auckland Local : Delivery is based on a truck/van + driver ONLY so will require assistance in unloading and take the items indoor, BEFORE delivery driver calls/sms to make sure someone will be home waiting. Pickup by time appointment ONLY, we need a bit of time to READY all items before your come, or you will waste your TIME and PETROL.
Courier : Smaller items will be sent by Fastways/Toll couriers we do not use NZ Post or other couriers. We do not send to a PO BOX.
OUT of Auckland Delivery : We use contract moving company to ensure that the best shipping fee and the network covers your area. Please ensure keep your phone on so the driver will call and reach you before arriving to your site, if nobody is on site to receive the goods, might charge again to re-deliver. Delivery Cost outside Auckland depends on total m3 and distance, so it is case by case, we will update the shipping cost for you to make a decision.
Getting things delivered on time is important to us, but we can’t guarantee delivery time as we use third-party shipping company. So we can’t be liable for any loss, cost or expense caused by delay in delivery. If the product is damaged in transit, please DO NOT SIGN for the delivery and have the shipper/moving company return the goods to sender, contact us and we will arrange for an alternative unit to be delivered. On signing for the delivery, you have accepted that the product is in good condition.
